Headquartered in Sin El Fil, Beirut and being launched in 2012, ECS (Energy Creative Solutions) is a
pioneer in electricity generation in Lebanon. ECS in its contribution to Karpowership produces at least
a quarter of the entire electricity supply in Lebanon through its deployment of Powerships.
ECS provides management and local services to two Powerships in Lebanon, which are fully operational
on delivery, enabling the immediate generation of electricity using thermal energy. The Powerships are
immediately plugged into the national grid, in comparison traditional land-based power stations take
several years to be constructed.
ECS's Founders are Lebanese nationals who are passionate about the importance of energy security in their homeland. The deployment of Powerships enabled the Company's Founders to make a rapid, sustainable impact on the nation's energy supply; transforming the quality of life for people and business right across the country.
